Caribbean Cruise

1 1/2 Bacardi
1 1/2 Malibu
4oz Pineapple Juice
1 tsp Grenadine

Shake all ingredients with Ice
Strain into a Collins glass with Ice
Garnish with a Pineapple Wedge

Coconut and Pineapple, that is all that I can tell you about this cocktail! The rum has a very subtle role in this drink, it barely even shows, it only in the minutes after you swallow that you are left with a rum flavour.

The Witch Doctor

The Mash Bill:

1oz Coconut Rum (Malibu/Wipeout)
1oz Gold Tequila (Reposado)
2oz Pineapple Juice
1oz Orange Juice
1oz Lemon Juice
Orange to garnish
Ice

The Work Order:

  1. Fill shaker with Ice
  2. Pour Coconut Rum, Tequila, and Juices into shaker
  3. Shake
  4. Strain into Cocktail glass
  5. Garnish with Orange Wheel/Slice
  6. Serve

My Thoughts:

Suprisingly sweet, tastes alot like a margarita however there is a distinct coconut flavour that lingers around on the palette as you swallow. The Fruity pineapple flavour also comes through.

This is probably one of the worst looking cocktails that I have made, I over filled it, and didnt have a garnish for it :(
