Caribbean Cruise
1 1/2 Bacardi
1 1/2 Malibu
4oz Pineapple Juice
1 tsp Grenadine
Shake all ingredients with Ice
Strain into a Collins glass with Ice
Garnish with a Pineapple Wedge
Coconut and Pineapple, that is all that I can tell you about this cocktail! The rum has a very subtle role in this drink, it barely even shows, it only in the minutes after you swallow that you are left with a rum flavour.

Cuba Libre
The Mash Bill:
2 oz light rum
Coke
Lime wedge
Ice
The Work Order:
- Fill Rocks Glass with Ice
- Pour Rum
- Fill with Coke
- Garnish with a lime wedge and stirrer
- Serve
My Thoughts:
A very bland drink in my opinion the Bacardi doesnt have much flavour of its own, and it flattens the coke, leaving you with a drink that tastes like a bourbon and coke that you have left for a while and come back to.

Russian Punch
The Mash Bill:
1oz White Rum
1oz Vodka
1oz Creme de Cassis
3/4oz Lime Juice
1/2oz Simple Syrup
Ice
The Work Order:
- Fill cocktail shaker with Ice
- Pour all ingredients into the tin
- Shake
- Strain into a Rocks Glass over Ice
- Serve
My Thoughts:
Slightly fruity and rather sweet, there is an alcohol aftertaste, more so from the rum, as the bacardi’s flavour profile presents itself. The lime and simple syrup counteract each other leaving a lightly sweet drink.

Between The Sheets
A Brandy and Rum Cocktail, with a citrus twist
The Mash Bill:
1oz Brandy
1oz Rum
1oz Triple Sec
1oz Lemon Juice
Ice
Lemon to garnish
The Work Order:
- Fill shaker with ice
- Pour all ingredients into tin
- Shake til chilled
- Strain into Cocktail Glass
- Garnish with a Lemon Wheel
- Serve
My Thoughts:
A tasty concoction that has sharp crisp flavours, there are distinct brandy and rum flavours with a sour lemon twist. I would liken the drinking experience to a homemake lemonade with with a small alcoholic bite, This was a drink I was a little skeptical about making, as I didnt think i was going to like it, but it turned out great and if someone offered me one, I certainly would not turn it down. I would liken it to a Lemon Drop

Wedding Cake Cocktail
A cocktail that supposeidly tastes like a Wedding Cake.
The Mash Bill:
2oz White Rum
1oz Amaretto
3oz Pineapple Juice
1oz Coconut Cream
1oz Milk
1oz Double Cream
Ice
The Work Order:
- Fill Shaker with Ice
- Pour all Ingredients
- Shake until cold
- Strain into Glass
- Serve
My Thoughts:
This drink smells like the icing that is used on wedding (and some other) cakes (Almond essence is used in the icing, so this would be the Amaretto).
The drink tastes like a pinacolada with a hint of almond flavour, the aftertaste of this drink is a pineapple/cream flavour with a slight hint of rum.

Sir Walter Cocktail
A Brandy and Rum based cocktail, with a slightly sour taste
The Mash Bill:
3/4oz Brandy
3/4oz Rum (I will use White Rum)
1tsp Triple Sec
1tsp Lemon Juice
1tsp Grenadine
The Work Order:
- Fill shaker with Ice
- Pour All Ingredients into the tin
- Shake
- Strain into Cocktail Glass
- Serve
My Thoughts:
To begin with, the drink has a lemon fragerance, but also smells sweet (Triple Sec and Grenadine). The drink itself does not seem to have alot of flavour, There isĀ quite alot of afterburn, Im not sure if this is to do with the dark rum I used.
There is a small amount of sweetness at the front of the palette with gives way to the sour lemon, and the burn.
