Hello!
Welcome to my blog. My name is Carl and Im on a journey, a journey to discover new flavours, and new drinks that will break me from my usual bourbon an coke mixers.
This Blog is mearly a tool for me to keep track of my journey, to document the drinks that I really enjoy (and dont enjoy…), and share them with others.
It also gives me a great excse to deck out my ‘bar’ (Which at the moment consists of the top of a set of drawers covered in bottles! But hopefully I will get around to building something alot better and more suitable soon) and buy new glassware as needed 
I hope that if you do stumble across my blog that you find something that you like, and try it out, maybe you will end up finding something new and tasty just like I did!
