Park Avenue
2oz Gin
1/2oz Grand Marnier
1/2oz Sweet Vermouth
1oz Pineapple Juice
Shake all Ingredients with Ice and fine strain into a Coupe
The scent screams oranges, you definitely know that there is Grand Marnier in the Cocktail; However, on the palette there is only a small trace of orange, the pineapple although subtle brings sweetness and rounds the otherwise strong floral flavours of the gin.

Caribbean Cruise
1 1/2 Bacardi
1 1/2 Malibu
4oz Pineapple Juice
1 tsp Grenadine
Shake all ingredients with Ice
Strain into a Collins glass with Ice
Garnish with a Pineapple Wedge
Coconut and Pineapple, that is all that I can tell you about this cocktail! The rum has a very subtle role in this drink, it barely even shows, it only in the minutes after you swallow that you are left with a rum flavour.

Cointreau Blush
1 1/2oz Cointreau
1/2oz Lime Juice
2oz Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice
1.5oz Soda
Build over Ice in a Rocks Glass
Garnish with a Grape Fruit Wedge
A refreshingly fruity cocktail without syrupy sweetness, a classy cocktail.Ruby Red juice is fantastic, I have only recently been able to find it in supermarkets and I wish I had sooner, its a great addition to many cocktails and tastes amazing on its own.
